Ensuring a safe Conference at the ICC Birmingham
COVID-19, Keeping you safe whilst you are at conference
The health, safety and wellbeing of all our attendees and staff is a top priority.
As restrictions in England have changed, we still want to keep attendees safe whilst they are onsite at the conference.
Testing is no longer mandatory for attendance at events, however we would ask all attendees to complete a lateral flow test prior to attending the conference and if you do return a positive test, we kindly ask that you do not attend the conference.
If you provide a positive COVID-19 test in the days before the event and you are unable to attend the conference, you will be able to send a replacement delegate to the conference or you can transfer your conference booking to the 2023 ITEC conference.
Face coverings are no longer mandatory but we would encourage attendees to wear them where necessary, and face coverings will be available for attendees from the conference registration desks.
Cleaning and onsite hygiene
There will be additional cleaning and sanitising in place for the duration of the conference and there are plenty of hand sanitiser stations located around the venue.
We look forward to an exciting conference and an opportunity to come together safely as a sector once again.
